Truck Driver
Professional rigid truck driver role operating across Ireland and selected European routes.
Office Administrator
To assist the transport and operations teams with day-to-day administration, customer documentation and general office support.

- Provide administrative support to the transport and management team.
- Prepare and process customer documentation accurately.
- Answer phone calls, emails and customer enquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update the company Transport System.
- Assist with job files, invoicing and general office administration.
- Manage filing, scanning and document organisation.
- Support vehicle and driver paperwork.
- Carry out general reception and office duties as required.
- Previous administration, customer service or office experience is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to travel independently to our depot in Finglas.
- Eligibility to work legally in Ireland.
